Abstract:

In an era of innovation, high-tech enterprises carry out highly complex tasks in the competitive development and production of science-intensive products. In this context, questions of the effectiveness of knowledge generation activities, which include the processes of creation, accumulation and diffusion of knowledge, come to the fore. It is therefore important to assess the resource requirements for changing knowledge generation processes. The purpose of this study is to develop a method for assessing the intellectual development of human capital in high-tech enterprises.
