Abstract:

The aim of the paper is to present the way of using OPM3 to asses project maturity in organizations. To achieve the goal, a review of the literature in the field of project maturity models was carried out and qualitative research -“single holistic case study” connected with project maturity assessment of a selected company from manufacturing industry was presented.
