Abstract:

The characteristic of the “business climate” concept is given, the analysis of changes in the business climate from 2014–2017 is carried out. These include changes in the level of interaction of the business community with regional authorities, the impact on the business climate of Western sanctions, the dynamics of changes in investment in innovation in the economy over the analyzed period.
