Abstract:
The paper present the basic issues and results of the realization the international project developing a method of providing public services and developing customer service standards tailored to the needs of people with special needs.
The main goal of the project is to improve the functioning of local government units by developing and implementing an innovative model support for people with special needs.
Regarding the very early stage of the project realization, in this paper only its first stage will be presented. It is based on the pilotage research made with the purpose to clarify the research questionnaire and prepare it for the final examination.
