Abstract:

More and more companies from various countries approach performance taking into account modern and integrated tools that appear. Survival and prosperity today, in a constantly changing world, requires companies to improve their practice and management concept.  As there is generally, no single, perfect vision on the performance of a unit, in forestry, a competent, more comprehensive analysis is required and it should take into account more factors than in the case of the other establishments. This is so as a result of the resources, of the output products and services. Please note that, in forestry, we operate products which have a long production cycle that influences broader categories of the population, not just those directly involved in this activity.
