In modern conditions, more and more attention is paid to the integration of innovative technologies into business models. New communication and information technologies have a significant impact on the economic environment and form new principles for building a successful business. A business model that uses innovative elements is a source of attracting new customers and allows you to enter new market segments. However, the formation of an innovative business model is a complex and time-consuming process that requires consistent research, analysis of the market and the company itself, trials and experiments.

In the article, the authors note that the use of artificial intelligence increases the interest of the consumer audience in the products and information shown by companies on social networks. These innovative business models have significant competitive advantages in the international marketplace. Analysis of popular social networks through benchmarking allows you to determine the main competitive advantages in the implementation of artificial intelligence, as well as to study the ability of companies to improve their structural elements. Particular attention in the article was paid to the Chinese company Beijing ByteDance Technology Co. and its main product, a social network called TikTok.
