Abstract:
Government agencies are continuously looking for ways to improve their service provisioning. Also, they are always observing for ways to develop their service by adopting a new technology. Cloud computing (cc) is one of new technological trends that help government agencies efforts. It is a new type of sourcing model in which computing services are provided as a utility over the Internet this paper will explore the key benefits of cloud computing to serve e-government. The main benefits are Cost effective; availability; scalability; Ease of Implementation; access to IT competences; green computing.
