Abstract:
The article is devoted to the study of the advantages of ERP-systems implementation into the Russian industrial enterprises activities. The relevance of this topic in the current economic conditions is increasing, as the pace of business development is accelerating, new technologies are being introduced, trends in the globalization of business and increased competition are clearly expressed. The increase in material, information and financial flows leads to the need to streamline and control business processes, which requires the use of appropriate information systems. The implementation of ERP systems involves a number of difficulties, the implementation process can be phased or simultaneous, it may require the restructuring of all business processes of the enterprise or fit organically into the activities of the enterprise, if the business is already mature and the processes are fine-tuned. In each case, you need to evaluate both the potential problems and the benefits of implementing ERP systems. The variety of systems presented on the market also forces the management of enterprises to use the advantages assessment and shortcomings of domestic and foreign ERPs, making a choice. Implementation of the ERP system is associated with significant costs, the need for integrated preparation for implementation, a high degree of uncertainty due to the complexity and scale of ERP, the need to predict the effect of implementation. All this confirms the relevance of the present study and determines its purpose. The purpose of the study is to identify the advantages of implementing ERP systems in the Russian industrial enterprises activities and evaluate the effectiveness of implementing the system using the example of a particular enterprise. During the study the market analysis of ERP-systems was carried out, key advantages of implementation were highlighted, approaches to evaluation of ERP-systems implementation efficiency were considered. On the example of the Russian industrial enterprise, the implementation of the ERP-system 1С: ERP Enterprise Management was tested, conclusions were made about the implementation results that have an economic and process effect.
