Abstract:

The article aims to highlight the benefits of using Lean Management tools and techniques. The theoretical part describes the Lean Management concept and sustainable development in the context of their joint application. The research part gathers opinions from experts with knowledge and experience in implementing Lean Management regarding the benefits of applying this concept. The obtained results present experts’ opinions on the application of selected Lean Management tools, which lead to waste elimination and benefits realization. The research results provide practical management knowledge about Lean Management and its application for further waste reduction and achieving benefits in enterprises. Continuous process improvement requires the use of various concepts and tools. The article presents experts’ opinions on supporting sustainable development through the implementation of Lean Management and the associated benefits.
