Abstract:
This article deals with important part of every project and it is the project manager and his team. At the introduction there is explanation of what the team is and why is it important to have the right people at the team. Then there is part about project manager – who is the project manager, what skills and abilities should he has and what are duties of a project manager in the project. The most important part of this article is part with tips form the author such as how to build effective team, how to build high performing team and how to manage team’s performance.
