Building Methodology for Assessing the Activities of Social Enterprises in the context of Sustainable Development

Abstract:

The article considers the features of social entrepreneurship in the context of the emergence of climate crisis in developing countries. The article is based on an analysis of the literature on the subject and empirical research - it contains, in a descriptive form, the results of research conducted in 2020. An analysis of practice and theoretical studies shows that social entrepreneurship differs from unfavourable conditions of entrepreneurship in that an enterprise’s main field of activity is the solution to social problems that have not yet been satisfied.
