Building Relationships with Employees. Qualitative Analysis of Employee Benefits in Corporate Companies in Slovakia

Abstract:

It is no surprise that to build appropriate and good reciprocal business relationships is a difficult task. In general, the company creates several types of business relationships; relationship between business partners, relationships with suppliers, customers, employees and relationship with a general public. Zidane et al., (2015) recommend early involvement of stakeholders. According to them, it is important do the early involvement as soon as possible, because of it is big challenge for management to identify those stakeholders who can affect relationships (common activities) and manage their differing demands through good communication in the early stages of the bonds. Bombaywala and Riandita (2015) identified imperative barriers to collaboration. According to the authors these barriers are lack of trust, skepticism about new technologies and conflict of interest.  They also argue that engaging actors should be aimed at fostering trust and build a transparent as well as symbiotic relations. Gualandris et al., (2015) argue that stakeholders’ expectations and needs form a multi-faced view of their actions. It is important to align with stakeholders’ expectations and leverage accountability to stakeholders.
