Abstract:

Entrepreneurship has become very prominent nowadays and it is considered to be the best strategy for country economic and social development. And also most studies have shown that there is a big positive relationship between entrepreneurship and economic growth in terms of job creation, firm survival and technological change (Gorman, Hanlon et al. 1997; Lena and Wong 2003; Karanassios, Pazarskis et al. 2006). Now everybody in this world has realized that to sustain in this competitive world and to become a successful entrepreneur the people has to think something out of box and introduce some innovative changes to develop constantly new ideas and services.

The word entrepreneurship is derived from the French word ‘Entrepreneur’ which means” to undertake “. So entrepreneurship can be defined as the act of being entrepreneur who generates new innovative ideas and undertake the responsibility to work and start up their own business. Entrepreneurship depends upon the business skills and knowledge.
