Abstract:

Contents of this article is to present a case study on the optimization of the production plan, when it is possible for the individual processing steps take advantage of the technological process multiple workplaces. A case study is to optimize the production plan in order to reduce the cost and lead time of production and increase capacity utilization. First mentioned introduction to the topic and justification for the creation of simulation models. The following describes the input simulation model, the process of its creation, optimization settings and evaluation model. In the end the benefits of the model and further work.
