Abstract:
New technologies, computer modeling capabilities, and other cutting-edge scientific developments create conditions for the acceleration of research, but also present the possibility of anthropogenic threats. International terrorism is rightly regarded as one of the greatest threats to world security and stability. Terrorist attacks that have occurred in recent years around the world have further highlighted the need for a comprehensive approach.
