Abstract:

Globalization frames the possible success of the European Union (EU) to the challenges it faces in the coming years. Globalization impacts the creation of policies and how these are implemented. This paper analyzes globalization and its various dimensions while outlining some of the challenges the EU faces. To properly define the challenges discussed and the public policies that the EU must implement to overcome them, it's necessary to contextualize them in the right framework, that of globalization.
