Abstract:
If we were to define RPA, we could say that RPA is defined as the application of a specific technology and methodology that relies on software and algorithms to automate repetitive human tasks [1]. More and more entrepreneurs decide to implement this technology in their companies, which is associated with facing new challenges that arise at this time. Working with RPA technology is difficult because, on the one hand, it is developing very dynamically, providing new functionalities, which means that you have to be up-to-date in order to make the best use of its functionalities. On the other hand, because this technology is still new, there is a lack of appropriate specialists to use it fully effectively. Therefore, contemporary enterprises must develop an appropriate path of conduct during the implementation of RPA technology. This can be done in the first place by identifying the problems they will face.
