Challenges in Managing the Supply Chain of the “LIDL” Commercial Network

Abstract:

In this work, an attempt was made to carry out multi-level characteristics of supply chain management on the example of the “Lidl” company. The first part of the article discusses the problems of modern logistics and management of contemporary supply chains. Then the work relates directly to the analysis of the selected enterprise. The content of the work focuses on the analysis of the supply chain management process at Lidl Stiftung & KG. The purpose of the presented article is to diagnose the supply chain management process on the example of Lidl stores in Poland and to verify the effectiveness of this process.
