Abstract:

Despite the dynamism of the external environment, its stability is a prerequisite for the full efficiency of services companies in a certain period of time. To bring forth such stability it is necessary to timely enrich the company’s activities with new purposes and tasks, and a regulator is required to ensure the constant achievement of the necessary economic performance. It is management that serves as the regulator of the process of implementation of changes, ensuring stable development of services companies towards a future enhanced condition. The article presents the concept of change management, highlights the specifics of its theoretical and practical application in the sphere of services companies.
