Abstract:

The purpose of this paper is to highlight changes in the management of global enterprises. The term multinational or global economy was replaced with the present global firm. The paper aims to define the notion of global firm to submit stages undergone by the global company over time and analyze the strategies and obstacles facing înprezent global company.
