Changes in the Approach to Employee Training Caused by the Covid-19 Coronavirus Pandemic (Case Study)

Abstract:

The article discusses thematic issues related to training and its impact on organizations. In the theoretical part, the essence of training as well as training methods and techniques were introduced. Moreover, the characteristics of trainings divided into traditional and modern were made. The research part analyzes the empirical training culture and the impact of the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic on the training situation. The research was conducted in non-randomly selected institutions, due to the various fields they deal with. Among the surveyed organizations, there were both public and private institutions.
