The analysis was based on data from the agricultural support system based on the OECD methodology, and the evaluated time series covered the years 1990-2016. In the analysis of the empirical material, elements of descriptive statistics (including structure analysis and dynamics) were used. The second was related to the demand sphere related to expected consumer behavior surveyed on a regional scale - Lubuskie Voivodeship. Two indicators (PSE and TSE) were used for the assessment and their decomposition was carried out. The analysis was based on the grouping of states and the assessment of the dependence of conditions of support using the panel method.
