Changes in relation between University and Company regarding Human Resources Management

Abstract:

Due to the high demand for new employees in the technical fields and also because of the low unemployment rate, employers are forced to change the strategies related to human resources management. The focus of this article is the engineering field and deals with changes in the relationships between companies and universities. These changes are described in the article. In addition, their benefits are analyzed from the side of the University and students, as well as from the side of the companies.
