Abstract:

 We are living in a period in which technological progress is constantly increasing and the educational system must adapt periodically to these changes, coming with solutions and courses for adults.The people are different, the problems are different and the trainers have to adapt to classes where not all the time the participants have the same level of educational or professional training.This paper wants to highlight the main problems faced by trainers in classes but also how to manage adult classes.
