Abstract:
Institutions and organizations with any training emphasis realize that the modern training operation is a very complex one. It is no longer a one man operation embodied in the teacher. Training material can include and is not limited to brochures, slides, manuals, and tutorials that can have audios, videos, pictures, and images delivered through an instructor, the web, or both. Vast amount of tasks are generated in order to create an effective training experience. This will involve many people with a lot of dependencies requiring a lot of collaboration to reach the most optimal results. Once the material is delivered to the appropriate audience, a feedback loop is absolutely necessary to assess the learning experience. Using modern enterprise system technologies we can obtain the required collaboration and close the training loop allowing us to keep the training material up-to-date, fix any defective aspects, and introduce more appropriate assessment mechanisms.
