Abstract:
The fish diseases have become extremely serious issue for food safety and security, once with the development of aquatic systems for intensive breeding. The diagnosis in fish pathology is a complex process that requires a high degree of expertise. The paper presents a diagnosis procedure and software (decision support system) that makes possible a fast and correct diagnosis. The study is focused on the main diseases of fresh and seawater fish, in different breeding systems with a high rate of intensively. The novelty of the technical solution is the use of the cloud computing technology, for a decision support system accessible anywhere, for the investigation and the diagnosis of fish disease in fish farms that do not have an expert in fish pathology.
