Abstract:

This research is the study of Spectrum Management and the increase in efficiency of Spectrum Utilization. It also proves that Cognitive Radio is a newer technology that will change the face of e-communications network today. In this research, you will find a higher quality of spectrum usage, high quality of network provision and it also provides higher benefit to the nation. NTC is the first organization in Thailand to propose the study of Spectrum Management related to Dynamic Spectrum Management approach. The objective of this NTC initiative project is to study on impacts of Dynamic Spectrum Management on the future of NTC spectrum management and policy.
