Abstract:

The article deals with some issues of jurisdiction of collective agreements adopted as a result of collective bargaining in the EU countries. The authors of the article analyze the methods and means that are used by EU workers to protect their right to free labor. Special attention is paid to the interaction of the parties of social partnership, as well as the terms of collective agreements and responsibilities for their non-performance.
