Combination of Balanced Score Card and Blue Ocean Strategy in Strategic Planning

Abstract:

In this paper we want to create uncontested Blue Ocean to escape from the intense Red Ocean for a case study company. In doing so, it will be necessary to introduce BSC and BOS and their background. In the next sections, the operation method is presented. Hereinafter, the two used techniques will be explained. Finally, the case study and its results will be discussed.
