Abstract:

Nowadays the urban development of a company town is dependent on the opportunity to diversify its core industry attracting investments into developed projects. The article presents the management approach to investment attractiveness of diversification projects. It consists of the algorithm of project development and implementation, the management mechanism of project investment attractiveness, and the method of investment attractiveness evaluation. The implementation of the method made it possible to evaluate the opportunity of three investment projects to be included into the diversification program of the company town Yurga, Russian Federation, based on the evaluation of their attractiveness to all the parties concerned.
