Abstract:
The article is devoted to the issues of existing research methods of personnel labor motivation as a tool used for further development or improvement of the staff incentive system of the organization. Considerable attention is paid to representation of the analysis results of existing techniques in accordance with the questions that need to be answered before optimizing the staff incentive system. Objectives of the study: to determine the criteria with the help of which the research methods of motivation will be analyzed, to assess in accordance with existing research methodology and motivation, to make a conclusion on grounds of expediency of their use for further development or improvement the staff incentive system of the organization.
