Abstract:

In this publication the definition of motivation system has been described. Also, selected theories and motivation models have been presented. The motivation system has been characterized and the comparative analysis has been conducted which may create the innovation in enterprises X and Y in 2017 and 2019. On the basis of the literature and research results, an innovative model was created to create motivation regardless of the workplace.
