Abstract:

Because there is a huge number of different stakeholder groups who influence the functioning and objectives of the different institutions and on the other hand these stakeholder groups are influenced by these institutions and their activities, the importance of stakeholder analysis has been growing in all areas and spheres of services and other commercial and non-commercial activities. This paper focuses on the stakeholder analysis with main emphasis placed on the stakeholder identification and prioritization of key stakeholder groups in four selected areas - tourism, education, healthcare and construction industry. The main purpose of author research that took place in the Czech market is to reveal if there are any significant differences between most important stakeholder groups that are similar for selected areas. The results will be statistically tested and the null hypothesis will be confirmed or rejected. Based on the author research five key stakeholder groups will be identified for all selected sectors.
