Abstract:

 In the present era e-business has become the powerful tool to have a competitive advantage and also give greater customer value. How is the status in Malaysia where the retail chain is growing at a phenomenal pace? What are the attitudes of the retail chain promoters towards e-business as an opportunity for enhancing their business, customer value offered and competitive advantage gained?
