Abstract:
Although XML is not a new technology, it is still enjoying its dominance in field of automated data transmission, especially in Czech Republic. Many web based systems demand data exports in XML format of their own design with questionable quality after their suppliers’. The main goal of this study is to select examples of practice in advertising or selling portals in Czech Republic, which use XML structure for data import, and compare these structures with recommended approaches for designing XMLs to obtain an overview of the potential for further study.
