Abstract:

Tourism is an important sector of the economy. Tourism it thus a driving force in the growth and prosperity of the region. Therefore, the priority of each region / country should be to promote the development of sustainable tourism and create a competitive environment for development.  The article deals with selected Indicators evaluating tourism competitiveness in selected European countries between 2007 and 2013 years.
