Abstract:

Logistics and supply chain is one of the most dynamically developing industries in Poland and Europe. Dynamic development forces changes in the desired competencies of employees in this sector, whereas their direction and level of intensity are the subject of numerous studies. The purpose of the article is to present selected results of research carried out in 2019 in a group of students of logistics and related fields in the area of evaluating the importance of various types of competencies and self-assessment of their possession.
