Competitiveness of Food Markets in Siberia

Abstract:

The article demonstrates the approbation of authors’ research methodology of competitiveness of food markets. The studied food markets in Siberia possess the satisfactory level of competitiveness with the leading position of Novosibirskay oblast. The approbation of research methodology allowed to come to conclusion that main factors of successful development of the food market in a competitive environment is a high integration of the market into the foreign economy, considerable innovative activity and overall efficiency of market functioning.
