Abstract:

This research contains the key provisions of the theoretical, methodological complementary-technological approach offered by the authors for managing the organizational potential of manufacturing companies. It provides insights into the nature of the organizational potential and its impact on the organizational viability of manufacturing companies, properties, functions, structures of the organizational potential, as well as its formation, functioning and development patterns. The authors propose technologies of strategic and tactical management of the organizational potential, as well as components of management technologization, techniques of choosing the metrics for the organizational potential management performance.
