Abstract:
This paper attempts to conceptualize a model of measuring the adoption e-HRM within HRM functions. In other words, it is possible to measure to what extend that e-HRM has influenced Staffing, Training & Development, Motivation and maintenance functions. By using this model, HRM practitioners can re-align HRM strategy with organizational strategy in order to achieve internal and external goals. Also, HRM and e-HRM scholars can utilize this model to predict the future of both HRM & e-HRM. Hence, model of e-HRM adoption has the potential for practitioners and academics to make the vision of HRM functions much clear in the future.Â
