Conceptual Paper of Student Perceived Service Quality towards Faculty/Centre Administrative Office in Higher Learning Institution

Abstract:

Purpose - The purpose of this paper is, first to provide brief account of the importance of faculty/center administrator towards university and students. Second, it attempts to discuss the overall administrative staff quality in Multimedia University, Malaysia. Third, there is a critical analysis on the overall students’ perceive service quality (tangibility, responsiveness, reliability, assurance and empathy) towards faculty/center admin office.

Design/Methodology/approach- This paper review the critical evaluation of published work relevant to this study.

Finding- The paper provides the foundation for a comprehensive understanding and analysis of student perception on service quality towards faculty/ center administrative office in higher learning education. The study towards administrative office in Malaysia’s higher learning education is still lacking.

Originality/ value- Discussion on the significant literature portray the value of this study for the other higher learning education that interested to improve service quality.
