Abstract:

The paper analyzes the basic aspects of improvement of entity’s innovation potential within the framework of the development of risk management systems. The main peculiarities of the innovation potential of the Russian economy are described. Aspects of entity’s innovation capacity building and related types of possessory risks are analyzed. Based on the analysis performed, a package of basic governing measures in the innovation capacity building of the Russian economy is suggested and the main components of systems for management of possessory risks related to development and implementation of organizational and managerial innovations.
