Abstract:
The purpose of the article is to identify the configuration of competencies and acquisition of HRM qualifications by the management / HR managers and a way to transfer knowledge in the field of HR management between the headquarters and the local unit. This purpose was achieved by means of empirical research through correlation analysis. Verification of hypotheses led to the conclusion that the method of acquiring competences of the managerial staff and the method of acquiring qualifications is conducive to the level of knowledge transfer in the field of HRM between the headquarters and the local unit
