Conflict and Negotiation in Organization Behaviour

Abstract:

The main purpose of current paper is to discuss two very important topics in management. One of them is Positive Organizational Behaviour (POB), which in the world of Organizational Behaviour, has interesting and clear relationship that has been continuously talked about, relationship between positive attitude of employees, and the relation to their job performance. Having good understanding of POB and how to achieve this atmosphere in the workplace, will help building a well-organized, continues work, where all employees are having good working conditions and amicable atmosphere. The second very important topic which is going to be discussed   in the current research work is conflicts, methods of resolving it and, of course, the main method of resolution - negotiation. It is really important to know types of conflicts and their structure in order to deal with it in a right way. You must write a small sentence with the main results.
