Abstract:
The Bologna Process has become lately one of the most debated topics of academic educational research, being considered one of the most important transformation process ever known in the European higher education systems. Implementing such a reform process, particularly large and complex, asks for a careful monitoring, analysis and systematic evaluation, which should make stage radiographs both at the system level and at the level of each State university in order to see to what extent the objectives and action lines of the Bologna Process meet their counterpart in reality. Our approach on this subject is to customize the analysis of applying the Bologna Process in Romania, and the SWOT analysis undertaken on a lot of teachers and students of the university under study has led us to draw conclusions on the effectiveness of implementing the Bologna Process locally and on the particular case studied.
