Abstract:
Everyone knows the concept of student theses, or also the final thes. These are theses that students write as part of the completion of their bachelor's, master's or doctoral studies. It is a peculiar kind called gray literature, that’s why we are usually looking for them in libraries. That is usually even in the Czech Republic. This does not apply absolutely. Due to the increasing need for automation and long-term archiving was created eVSKP system. This system is available from the website with SSL certificate. eVSKP system according to the logged-in user automatically detects the type of user and displays according to this role menu items. This article describes how to use the eVSKP system, the issue of archiving those theses and characterized technical solution and method of operation of the eVSKP as such.
