Abstract:
The study assumes that continuous business process improvement, which has become an imperative of modern management, requires the use of a project approach. The study is of theoretical and empirical nature, its purpose is to indicate the features specific to continuous improvement projects in business processes and to present problems that may occur during their implementation. Aiming at a specific goal, critical literature studies were conducted covering issues related to continuous business process improvement and the essence of continuous improvement projects in business processes. The results of own research were also presented, showing the subject matter against the background of the experience of selected respondents - members of the process teams.
