Contributions of Education in Training Human Individuals as Production Factors and Fulfillment of Their Life

Abstract:

Education contributes to gain productive skills needed to individuals for producing material and spiritual goods. Education offers to man knowledge for life fulfillment, for having goals and achieving them. The behavior of man in social and economical activities bases on natural aptitudes inherited from parents, knowledge gained in first years of life spend in his family, the educational capital gained from educational institutions and other knowledge gained throughout his entire active life. Education influence the way of thinking, the behavior of man and the way he experience things. It generates values for individuals, represented by gained knowledge and appreciations from people come into contact. One of the imperatives of live in community is work. Labor contributes to life fulfillment assuring man the means of subsistence, physical and moral health, material satisfaction. All humans whatever their physical and intellectual aptitudes, aspire to achieve top performance. Whatever the human occupation, achieving a greater result brings satisfaction and fulfillment.
