Abstract:

This article discusses the relationship of sustainable development of regions and economic entities located in their territories. In this regard, the need for effective management of the enterprise's activities is justified. Business processes realized at the enterprise were revealed and their classification was given. An approach for assessing the effectiveness of processes that constitute the economic activity of an industrial enterprise is proposed. It will allow estimating degree of contribution of each process to its operational efficiency, ability to generate money from operational activity is offered.
