Corporate Model of Competencies in the System of Recruitment and Adaptation of Graduates in the Enterprise

Abstract:

The accelerated development of digital technologies requires concepts actualization and development of new models of training of modern personnel, demanded by the employer, capable of rapidly adapting to the rapidly changing requirements of the labour market. An innovative way to improve the competencies of graduates is their training on an individual learning path, authentic personal characteristics of the student, including the period of mastering the profession in the process of professional activity in the enterprise or production. The concept of individual learning trajectories considered in the paper assumes the division of mastered knowledge, skills and competencies into two subsections – hard skills and soft skills. The implementation of this concept entails the need for the unity of methodological approaches of the University and the employer in the assessment and formation of a request for the training of a young specialist corresponding to the requirements. At the same time, the constant assessment of individual trajectories of training of students for compliance with the needs of employers, market requirements and changing personal characteristics of students becomes extremely relevant. Such a model should and can be implemented on a platform that allows to analyse a significant flow of data, the collection and analysis of which continues, at least, the entire period of study of the student at the University. The digital format implements the possibility of scaling and increases the degree of reliability of conclusions on the interpreted data, opening the possibility to create models of formation and management of social capital on the basis of data.
